Hunters' Equipment Check List |
|
Be prepared - all hunts require some form of physical activity and elements of risk, we hunt hard. Practice with your chosen weapon... **We aim to please, so you aim too please!** |
- Firearm
Must be 243 or larger with 18.5” barrel or longer.
Pistols are prohibited. - Bow
min. weight 40# , min. arrow length 24”, broad head min. 7/8” - Spare weapon and extra arrows or ammunition
- Cleaning kit
- Hard case and soft case
- Sleeping bag and pad
Light bag for lodge hunts and pad only for sheep hunt or camp hunts - Rain gear
- Personal hygienic gear
shaving kit, towel, soap, etc... - Hunting gear
knife, binoculars, game calls, etc... - Camouflage hunting apparel
spare clothing recommended - Waterproof boots, rubber boots, and camp shoes
- Cold weather gear
stockings, caps, gloves or mitts - Tree stand safety belt
- Camera and film
- Personal first aid kit
- Optional: Fishing equipment
